This beautiful villa is nestled in the middle of Costa Rica's stunning natural surroundings, just a 5-minute drive (1 mile) from Playa Hermosa beach and 10 minutes (6 miles) from the center of the lively and up-and-coming town of Jacó, a seaside tourist hotspot on the central Pacific coast with approximately 12,000 residents. The town offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: shopping, souvenir shops, gyms, bars, nightclubs, and sodas serving typical Costa Rican cuisine, as well as exclusive gourmet restaurants. The villa is only about an hour and 20 minutes away by car from Juan Santamaría International Airport in San José.

The endless beach of Playa Hermosa, which is also very popular with surfers and wave riders, offers swimming and water sports opportunities, as well as surf schools that are happy to teach beginners and advanced surfers and share valuable tips and tricks. Just behind the house, within walking distance, is Cerro Fresco, a protected forest area with numerous hiking trails, viewpoints, and waterfalls. The villa enjoys a quiet location and is an ideal starting point for all activities, including excursions to the numerous national parks, zipline tours, quad bike tours, horseback riding excursions, city tours in San José, bird watching, and much more.
