I don't normally write reviews. Only when something was exceptionally good or bad. This was good!!! :) We were guests at Villa Hermosa Claudia near Jaco for 4 days in August 2024 on our round trip through Costa Rica. A wonderful place to relax. The only thing we could hear were exotic bird calls and, to make it even more        authentic, howler monkeys playing in the forest some distance below the house. Despite the proximity to Jaco, no cars or other disturbing noises could be heard. You can see the sea from the terrace, but it is too far away to hear it. The absolute highlight     besides the good and quiet location, the great pool and the amazing view, is the garden, which is not directly usable due to the steep ascent to the house, but was all the more frequented every morning by a gang of         capuchin monkeys, some soldier   macaws, toucans, woodpeckers and others! Madness! An unforgettable experience for us as bird and animal lovers in general :) The apartment on the first floor was newly renovated and super clean. The furniture was all new. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning and watched the birds. Afterwards we took a quick dip in the pool to enjoy life! :) All in all, we can highly recommend the house! Many thanks again to the great hosts, who were always there when we needed a tip (or a few eggs or sugar) ;) Best recommendation from us and top price-performance ratio! We will be back!
